Japanese Fried Rice

I believe that Cooking is not a Science, its an Art . It requires you to be creative. A little change here, a little deviation there from the recipe only adds more flavor! So don’t think you are married to the quantities or the ingredients, just be bold and trust yourself!

Japanese Fried Rice

Ingredients (Feel free to Omit any of these)
Sticky Rice
Any type of Yuzu dressing
Pickled ginger (cut into bits)
Organic gluten-free soy

Recipe – Cook rice according to directions. Take a cast iron pan or skillet and generously smear with sesame oil. Add the garlic, vegetables and rice and cook till vegetables are a bit soft. Mix well. Add pickled pink ginger, yuzu dressing, soy (optional), scallions, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. I like to make the rice a bit crispy.
