Polenta With Mushrooms

I believe that Cooking is not a Science, its an Art . It requires you to be creative. A little change here, a little deviation there from the recipe only adds more flavor! So don’t think you are married to the quantities or the ingredients, be bold and trust yourself!

Corn Polenta

Ingredients
Corn-meal
Garlic
Mushrooms
Parsley
Feta
Salt
Pepper

Saute cornmeal in a little bit of oil for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add 4 times boiling water and let the cornmeal cook till its of a porridge consistency. You may need to add more water.
Cook mushroom in garlic on the side. Combine the polenta, mushrooms, parsley. You can add some feta for flavor. Salt and pepper to taste.
